After graduating from Staffordshire University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Games Design, I developed a strong foundation in both creativity and technical problem-solving. During my degree, I worked with industry tools such as Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, and ZBrush, while also exploring level design and UX principles. In my final year, I collaborated on a group project to develop a game, working alongside artists and programmers in a multidisciplinary team. This experience taught me how to manage workflows, adapt to feedback, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

While I enjoyed game development, I was especially drawn to the design and coding aspects of projects. That passion naturally led me into web development, where I discovered the same balance of creativity and problem-solving that first attracted me to game design. Over the past year, I’ve focused on expanding my skills with modern tools and programming languages, dedicating myself to building and refining full stack web applications.

Alongside my technical journey, I’ve gained valuable professional experience in hospitality. These roles taught me how to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage responsibilities under pressure, and deliver excellent customer service. More importantly, they strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills — qualities I now bring into collaborative development projects and client-focused work in web development.
